I have five minutes to write and then I have to jet back to work..... I spent the last week over spring break learning how to snowboard. My arse is full of bruises, left many a butt print on the hill but IT WAS A BLAST! It was so much fun that I went 3 times.... Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday..... and I made it through with some beautiful little pills that cause you to feel nothing :) The bestest EVER!!
Now..... I'm back to work :( .... not that I don't enjoy my job but I loved the freedom of being able to do whatever I wanted for that 4 days of bliss. Four days of my children being well cared for.... by my mother. Four days of ME... ME .... ME!! Is that selfish..... nope I don't think so. We all need our me time. I used to get that at the gym but because I now work there..... yep you guessed it.... its no longer about me.... no more ME time at the gym. So now I snowboard.... I plow my way down the hill praying that the next time I fall I manage to land on a part of my ass that isn't bruised. I decided on my last run that there was no longer any location that I could land on that wouldn't send pain shooting through my body so I called er! Time to go and recoup. BUT IT WAS FUN........ CRAZY RIGHT!! I SO ROCK!!!!!
